Form of delivery

FLYSPOT products will reach you fast and safely delivered at your door. You place an order, make a payment, and it’s our job to pack your products and make sure a friendly DPD courier gets them in no time. Your package begins its speedy, yet secure, journey so you can enjoy the best quality clothing from your favorite brand 😉 P.S. Don’t forget to show yourself in your new outfit, best worn in the wind tunnel Flyspot.What’s the delivery cost?The shipping on orders over 100 PLN is free and you’ll pay only half for the delivery, the flat rate of 10 PLN, for all orders below 100 PLN, the rest is on us!  The fastest possible – up to three days after your payment has been processed.

Why do we offer only one form of delivery?

It’s because your satisfaction is important to us! We’ve tested many options and only DPD passed the most rigorous test! What have we tested? Delivery speed, package security, comfort and convenience of customer service! Moreover, having only one shipping option relieves you from making any decision, and as they say “time is money”!

  1. Can I pick up my order in person?

This option is not available at this moment.

  1. Do you ship abroad?

Not as of now 😉

  1. Can the wind tunnel vouchers and FLYSPOT brand merchandise be purchased in the same order?

Of course they can!

  1. I have not received my order. What went wrong?

Should 3 days after you placed an order, your package has not arrived, please either call us at: +48.698.626.500 or email: sklep@flyspot.com Have your order number handy to speed up the process.

  1. How much time do I have to return my products?

We hope that you love your purchase from FLYSPOT! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns within 14 days of the day you inform us that you no longer wish to keep the merchandise and fill out the return form (you can find one under “Returns and Exchanges”).

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.

  1. What is the return address?

  1. Can I return just certain items from my order?

Of course you can. On your return form include just the merchandise you would like returned and refunded.

  1. How can I initiate a refund for a defected item?

Please send your request to: sklep@flyspot.com It would be great if you attached a photo of the defected product and describe the reason for your refund – it will all be smooth sailing.

  1. Can I pay for my order at the time of delivery?

Unfortunately, there is no such option available. We only accept payments that clear at the time of purchase.

If you decided to return any of the purchased items and sent us your withdrawal from contract statement, please pack all items and mail to the address:
